BIOGRAPHY OF AHMED MUAZU ALHASAN KATSINA STATE COMMANDANT
Ahmed Muazu Alhasan was born in the ancient town of Sokoto into the most revered family of the famous Shehu Usmanu Danfodio Dynasty in the early sixties. He is a direct descendant of the great founder of the Sokoto Caliphate, Shehu Usmanu Danfodio.
Commandant Alhasan Joined the Corps in 2005 as a Chief Superintended of Corps and rose through ranks up to his current post of a full Commandant of Corps.
He had his primary and secondary education at Sokoto and Kebbi states respectively and he is an alumnus of the University of Sokoto (now known as Usmanu Danfodio University, Sokoto) and member of many Special and Professional organizations and associations. He received trainings locally and internationally at the Prisons Senior Staff College Kaduna, Armed Forces Command and Staff College Jaji, Kaduna, Nigerian Intelligence Agency (NIA) Abuja and South Africa to mention but few.
Through his working career, he served in Sokoto State Command, Kaduna State Command, Kano State Command, Imo State Command and Currently in Katsina State Command.
He is happily married and blessed with four children.
