NSCDC Recovers 70 Jerrycans Of Fuel From Gwagwalada Residence
The Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corp (NSCDC), Wednesday recovered 70 jerrycans of petrol from a residential apartment in Old Kutunku, Gwagwalada area council.
The Gwagwalada Divisional Officer of NSCDC, Mr. Michael Enogela, who led officers of the corps to the house, said the raid followed an intelligence report that some individuals were seen scooping petrol from a pipeline into jerrycans which they took away in waiting vehicles.
Enogela revealed that the raided house which was under lock and key when they arrived, belongs to one Yahaya, a kingpin of pipeline vandalism in Gwagwalada who was suspected to have fled the house before the raid.
