The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Lagos State Command recovered from Suspected Pipeline Vandals 16,250 litres of Petroleum Products in FESTAC Town. 150 Jerry-cans of 50 litres each was recovered.
Also in Nasarawa State, NSCDC Anti-vandalism arrested three men for illegally diverting about 40,000 litres of AGO popularly known as Kerosene in Keffi Local Government Area of the state. This product was to be delivered to Dankano Filling Station. But the suspects diverted the product to a black market outfit where they sold the product at N100 per litre. The value of the product that had already been discharged at the outfit is 1.3 million naira.
