Owerri — Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Imo State, Adamu Saddabs Soja, said at the weekend that the command has eradicated oil bunkering in the state.     Speaking during the presentation of 32 patrol motorcycles donated to the command by Governor Rochas Okorocha, Soja attributed the feat to "massive and strategic onslaught on bunkerers".     The NSCDC boss said the donation would aid effective control of traffic in the state, thereby bringing to an end, congestions in Owerri and its environs.     He assured that the bikes which are equipped with modern communication gadgets would be strategically deployed to assist the command in combating kidnapping, human trafficking, bag-snat-ching, and dangerous driving in the state.
