Zamfara: Civil Defence Corps vow to tackle Crime and Insecurity

Addressing newsmen in Gusau, the state commandant, Alhaji Bashiru Lawal said that his command consistent and determined efforts will continue to tackle crime and insecurity in various fashion across the state.
According to him, the command has trained 107 personnel who he said are battle ready for any crime, pointing out that eight of his men have just returned from training on antiterrorism. The commandant explained that 400 personnel have been deployed to various sectors of the state including ministries, parastatals, hospitals etc to monitor all the security situation in the state.
